Bombay Vikings!!

Bombay Vikings is an unusual pop and rock group that fuses Indian and European music. It was formed in 1994 Stockholm, Sweden. Primarily the band consists of Neeraj Shridhar (vocals), Johan Folke (jazz) and Matts Folke (keyboard)[1].

The group Bombay Vikings caused in sensation in both India as well as overseas among the Indian music community because an unusual combination of classical Bollywood style and European experimentation. It has ben one of the most notable musical groups in India to emerge in the past decade.

The leader of the band is Niraj Shridhar [2] who grew up in Sweden, listening to Hindu music of his parents who migrated from India [3]
